  • How to Solve the Weight Loss Problem?

After years of trying and failing, I finally realised something important: The solution had to be my own.

Not someone else’s diet. Not a one-size-fits-all gym plan. Not another “magic” fasting schedule.

If I was born with certain tendencies — a slower metabolism, a love for food, a lifestyle that made gaining weight easy — I had to find a way that worked for me.

The Turning Point in My Thinking

When most people fail at weight loss, it’s because they try to copy someone else’s solution. I didn’t want to be “most people” anymore. So, I sat down and started thinking. Really thinking.

And that’s when a few fascinating secrets revealed themselves:

    1. One kilo of body weight = a fixed number of calories. This means you can calculate exactly what it takes to gain or lose it.

    2. Eating more can actually reduce weight. Yes, you read that right. The key is what you eat. You can fill your stomach with nutrient-rich, low-calorie foods that keep you full while helping your body burn more energy than it stores.

    3. The weighing scale is your friend, not your enemy Getting on it may feel painful at first, but it’s the only way to stay accountable. If you don’t measure, you can’t manage.

    Why This Matters

Solving the weight loss problem isn’t about starving yourself or torturing your body. It’s about understanding how your body works, making the numbers work in your favour, and finding a way to live that you can maintain for life.

When you take ownership of your solution, you stop “trying to lose weight” — and start becoming the person who doesn’t need to think about it anymore.
